REMEMBER by Tahlia Hunter

"REMEMBER"
by Tahlia Hunter

My grandmother once said,
“You have to remember to catch the compliments:
every precious and kind word spoken about you,
add them to a jar,
so that in the times when you feel low,
you can read them and remember how special and loved you are.
And be reminded on the days
that you feel you cannot love yourself
that there is someone who loves you far more than you could ever imagine
and is grateful for your presence here on this Earth.
And in the times when you feel unappreciated by others,
love is the only thing that will outlast this life.
All else will eventually fade away.”
